The agreement will see the French financial services and insurance group continue as a club sponsor, with its logo featuring on the sleeve of Marseille's shirts until the end of the 2016/17 season. No financial details were revealed.
Mutuelles du Soleil will also remain as a sponsor of the Ligue 1 club's training ground and the main shirt sponsor of Marseille's youth teams.
As part of the deal, customers of Mutuelles du Soleil will be given opportunities to win tickets to Marseille matches at the recently renovated Stade Vélodrome, which reopened in the summer of 2014.
Marseille finished fourth last campaign and will once again compete in Ligue 1, the top professional soccer division in France, next season.
