Juventus newcomer Mario Mandzukic
three weeks with injury while his striking mate Alvaro Morata is
being monitored after both were substituted in weekend action, the
Italian champions said Monday.
Croatia striker Mandzukic, 29, who was signed in June from Atletico
Madrid, tore a muscle in his right thigh late in the league game that
the Bianconeri won 2-0 at Genoa Sunday.
Spaniard Morata, 22, was kept under observation after leaving the
pitch in the 22nd minute with abdominal pain.
